nutitionists are arguing about lots of food tipes but never about fruits. fruits are very good for health. i would like to talk about a fruit that we can find in every super market or corner store: apple
apples are an excellent source of pectin fiber, which lowers cholesterol and glucose (sugar) in blood. fresh apples contain vitamin C, which protects cells from destruction. helps form collagen, the substance that keeps us healthy tissues and blood vessels are absolutely necessary for the absorption of iron and folic acid.
i'm eating apple almost everyday. it helps me fight the hunger. before having my lunch or dinner i eat one or two apples and then i will not eat too much. maybe you should try it too.
