that's one way that i managed to keep myself from eatinf to much. when i start to feel hunger i eat an apple, or two kiwis.
but it's important to eat the fruits before the main meals !
another "trick that i use is drink hot tea. i have a collection of very good and tastefull brands of tea: green tea with jasmin, rooibos and vanilla, white tea, fruit tea. Besides the fact that filling your stomac with a cup of tea makes you forget the hunger, tea has a lot of usefull proprieties that helps your health.
