get a pedometer!

hello guys!
who's winnig your battle against the extra pounds ? i'm still trying to keep my good habits but it's not very easy , i'll tell you that.

so last wekk i bought myself a new gadget: a pedometer ... you probably heard that you have to make at leat 10.000 steps every day in order to have a healty life and to burn enough calories. and a pedometer is the way to count those step of yours. you just put it on your belt, and start walking.  it's good to count it because it's keeps your mind focused on your target. there are many tipes , it count your steps, it tells you how many calories you have burned, how many miles you walked etc.

so i really find this gadget very usefull: when i arrive at home from the office i tell myself i still have to make 1000 or 2000 steps today, so i will park my car further from the block, and for sure i will climb the stairs instead of taking the elevator. try it !
