stop getting old NOW !


We are all destined to the unforgiving process of aging, we can not completely stop, we can not escape human nature.

What you can do is slow down, to postpone it to live as if we were 10 years younger. So stop getting old right now, leave it for later!

Here are some solutions:

1. eat at least five daily servings of raw vegetables. One serving is half cup of cut fruit and vegetables, a medium size adjustable single or 170 g of fresh juice.

2. vary the food,do not eat every day the same kind of fruit or vegetables. Scientists have been unable to discover which ones have the greatest protective effect, which is most effective for certain diseases, so it does not hurt to try them all.

3. to qualify for a maximum amount of antioxidants choose raw vegetables dark. Pigments indicate the presence of antioxidants, so that the more closed is the color, the more pigment and, therefore, the more antioxidants you get.

4. you can not eat raw vegetables because of intestinal diseases? Prepare them in water, is the best way to keep antioxidants or boil them gently, but still remain firm (al dente). Long boiling, in turn, destroys them.

5. orange vegetables and fruits rich in beta-carotene, are preferred not to be consumed raw, but slightly cooked. This method stimulates the uptake of beta-carotene.

how to look fit :)

 Start with well fitting underclothes, including all of the body slimmers on the market, I usually wear two separate body slimmers, won that looks like knee pants and another top that looks like an undershirt.

10 tricks



1. Commit to a regular exercise time. If the after work workout routine always seems to get pushed on the back burner because of other life events, consider changing the workout time to the morning, or even during your lunch hour.
2. Cut out high calorie, high sugar beverages such as soda, punch, and fancy coffee drinks.
3. Include a fruit or vegetable at every meal and snack.
4. Bring your lunch ___ amount of times a week. (Fill in the blank realistically.)
5. Avoid the office candy jar.
6. Stop mindless nibbling. When and if you are truly hungry plan a sensible meal or snack. Those empty calories that are being snacked on can easily be the key to one’s weight loss.
7. Weigh and measure servings. This is not a suggestion to become obsessed with measuring and weighing, however every now and then bring out the kitchen scale and measuring cups and actually see how much is being served.
8. Keep a food log.
9. When dining out, leave some food behind.
10. Create a new bedtime routine. If evening munching is a downfall, then re-assess and see what other activities can be done to help relax and unwind.

i have tried the antishoe

it's really comfortable, that's the first thing to say about it ... first time i wear them it was a little strange because you feel a little unbalanced.

they say it's designed to reproduce the barefoot walk ... the way that we were supose to walk when humanity was born ... walking on sand or on soft ground.

of course they say also that it hekp you to loose weight because it makes you use a lots of interior muscles that i didn't  even know about :D

but the most important thing for me is that they are very comfy so if u can afford it (:O) buy them !

what to eat before christmas

I see advent as a detox or purification. Giving up animal products and clean the body and spirit. Advent products found in stores seem to be designed exactly the opposite: ultraprocesate, chemicalize, with many 'empty' calories, additives, ingredients of very poor quality (sugar, margarine, white flour, soy syrup, glucose / fructose, etc.). . What to eat in advent ? Optimal vegan diet !
